How To Speed Up Firefox

1.Type "about:config" into the address bar and hit return.

2. Alter the entries as follows:

Set "network.http.pipelining" to "true"

Set "network.http.proxy.pipelining" to "true"

Set "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" to between 8 to 30. This means it will make 30 requests at once.

Set "network.dns.disableIPv6" to "true"

Set "plugin.expose_full_path" to "true"

3. Right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer. Name it "nglayout.initialpaint.delay" and set its value to "0". This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it receives.

4. Right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer. Name it "ui.submenuDelay" and set its value to "0". This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it receives.

5. Right-click anywhere and select New-> Boolean. Name it "content.interrupt.parsing" and set its value to "true". This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it receives.

6. Right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer. Name it "content.max.tokenizing.time" and set its value to "2250000". This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it receives.

7. Right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer. Name it "content.notify.interval" and set its value to "750000". This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it receives.

8.Right-click anywhere and select New-> Boolean. Name it "content.notify.ontimer" and set its value to "true". This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it receives.

9.Right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer. Name it "content.notify.backoffcount" and set its value to "5". This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it receives.

10.Right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer. Name it "content.interrupt.parsing" and set its value to "750000". This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it receives.

Speed up your connection in Windows XP

By default, the packet scheduler limits the system to 20% of the bandwidth of a connection, to increase bandwidth :

1-Open Run dialog box from Start menu.
2- Type “gpedit.msc” and press Ok.
3- When Group Policy run, go to Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Network > Qos Packet Schedule
4- in right side, right click on Limit reseivable bandwidth and select Properties.
5- In Setting tab under Limit reservable bandwidth section select Enabeled .
6- instead of 20 type 0 (zero) and then click ok, and close Group Policy.
7- Now , go to Network connection and right click on your connection and select Properties.
8- Go to Networking tab and cheek Qos Packet Scheduler to be ticked.
9- Restart your PC

The two of then unhook their seat belt to get off the car to check on the car condition. A truck came from behind and hit their car. WeiLun was faster then her assistant in unhooking her seat belt and their prove to be fatal. The back of the cooper was wrecked but the front is undamaged. From the photo, it is shown that her seat and push forward by the impact. Because the impact is from the back, traditionally, car have their air-bag sensor in front for front impact. But hers is a back impact thus the air-bag is not released. And this is what killed her. She suffered a massive head injuries due to her head hitting the front dashboard. Without a seat belt to pulled her back or a air-bag to cousntion her forward impact, she is helpless.
Such a insult that car are build with air-bag to cushion against impact but the thinking and all the test dummies testing are done for a front impact and not a renter impact.
Such is like the titanic which is built to protect against a front impact but a side impact is what sinked it.

got real interested in reading books by taiwanese writer 吴淡如 lately. got some book by her from the PageOne at harbourfront. Love the place. got some book she wrote recently and some ten years back. interesting to she how her view on things changes. she back kind of more soft on her approach to life as she age. she age like a wine to more gracefully. she is a little hash when she was younger, but now she become a little more soft and rounded in here view.

the first book i got about her was a comic book she did. it is call 離開我的你，幸福嗎?. got this book from the net book.com.tw . got quite some book from there. but now got PageOne, maybe some cut down from buying online. but didn't think i will stopped cause still some book cannot buy in singapore one.

**funny the singapore govt complain that the photography book from hongkong cannot come to singapore because of the hair-showing pictures. cause i have found book selling in singapore that even shown the whole bird + hair or just the batch of hair from book store in singapore. haha. i even suspect if u go to palces like popular, got good chance to see these picture also. try finding 李敖 book and can find one picture of him naked showing his bird.

16/10/2006 I am going back to school. Studying parttime at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. But headache. Timing is maybe from 6pm to 10pm. for 3 time a week, for 3 years. F**K. I knocked off at 5:45pm. The most i can do is ask for early release at 5:05pm. But the journey to the ploy take an hour. SHIT.
